Southwire Canada is proud to announce that it was recently named on the 2022 list of Best Workplaces for Hybrid Work. 
  
Southwire received this recognition after a thorough and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work® (GPTW), the world’s leading research and consulting firm dedicated to helping organizations assess and develop their workplaces, cultures and employee engagement.

The certification showcases the company’s commitment to its employees, communities and other stakeholders, and in order to be eligible for the list, organizations must be GPTW Certified™ in the past year and complete a hybrid work questionnaire. 
 
Great Place to Work determined the recipients based on employee responses to their Hybrid Work Readiness Index and organizational workplace programs and practices that support and enable hybrid work. The list is based on direct feedback from employees at the hundreds of organizations that were surveyed by GPTW.  
 
Rahila Dhansi, Southwire Canada People & Culture manager, says that being named to the list is a testament of how the company continues to prioritize the health, safety and well-being of its employees while adapting to the ongoing effects of the pandemic.  
 

“Southwire has supported employees throughout the pandemic and continues to grant flexibility to those who are able work remotely,” said Dhansi. “Our hybrid workplace model has increased employee engagement and fostered trust, and we will continue our efforts to develop a safe and productive workplace.”
