Southwire Canada took home top honors at IMARK Canada’s annual meeting in Niagara Falls, Ontario, receiving the title of Supplier of the Year.

More than 135 senior leaders from IMARK member distributors and suppliers attended the meeting, which featured updates from the organization and opportunities to connect with others in the industry.

"We are very pleased with the growth of our membership and we were thrilled with the meeting in terms of both the supplier support and member engagement,” said Jim Taggart, President of IMARK Canada. “We have a very bright future in Canada.”

Founded in 2013, IMARK Canada is the largest member-owned and member-governed marketing group in Canada. Each year, IMARK presents several awards to recognize superior performance and names one company as its Supplier of the Year. This prestigious award is based on the overall growth rate with that supplier, the total number of members that have purchased from them and joint marketing success, also known as GainShare.

Taggart announced the winners at a special ceremony, and Southwire Canada – located in Mississauga, Ontario – earned the 2019 Supplier of the Year Award due to the company’s active participation and superior sales growth with IMARK Canada members.
