Yello, a leading provider of early talent acquisition software solutions, announced the eighth annual Top Internship Programs List which highlights employers who are leading the way through their internship programs. Yello announced the list on National Intern Day, a holiday created by   in 2017. 

National Intern Day serves as a nationwide celebration which showcases the employers who went above and beyond for their interns and brings national attention to the challenges and inequalities faced by entry-level candidates, inspiring investments into internship programs and interns themselves.

Internships remain an incredibly effective way for Southwire to develop a pipeline of qualified candidates for early talent roles. To acknowledge our interns, Southwire hosted a lunch to recognize the hard work of its interns over the past few weeks and to reflect on their contributions to the company.
