MARC Leadership Development Spotlight:

In 2023, we launched our participation in the Men Advocating Real Change (MARC) program, a Catalyst initiative designed to inspire and equip men to leverage their unique opportunity and responsibility to be advocates for equity. The program was required for all site and company leaders at the director level and above. Through it, we engaged both male and female leaders to enhance gender partnerships and workplace inclusion.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Performance Objective Spotlight:

Progress requires alignment and accountability. To that point, inclusive leadership has been integrated into our annual performance management system. Leaders and team members establish goals and priorities that support our vision to be a diverse and inclusive learning culture.
