Genesis Category 6+ Cables feature thicker conductors to more efficiently handle data and power for more complex voice and data networks, high-bandwidth PoE IP video surveillance, and more. The shielded design minimizes external interference and protects data transmission in noisy environments.
Application
Genesis® Plenum Rated Shielded Category 6+ Cable is suitable for installation as follows:
- In fabricated ducts as described in NEC 300.22(B).
- In other spaces used for environmental air as described in NEC 300.22(C).
- In risers.
- Within buildings in other than air-handling spaces and risers.
