Established in 2017, CEO Action was created to promote inclusive and diverse workplaces, emphasizing how collaboration and bold action from the business community, particularly CEOs, are essential for driving large-scale change.

In 2020, Southwire’s CEO Rich Stinson was proud to represent our organization by signing the CEO Action Pledge to show our company’s commitment to ACT ON supporting a more inclusive workplace for team members, communities and society at large.
